Social engineering is a common, very real problem that threatens our businesses and society as a whole. While social engineering might sound complex and slightly intimidating, you may be surprised to find that it is something we all do on a daily basis. Simply put, it is the act of modifying our behavior in an attempt to impact the behavior of others. We will further explain some of the nuances of social engineering, give some examples of malicious social engineering and offer some helpful tips to better protect yourself from such attempts. This will be an interactive presentation, so please bring some questions!
