I struggled unsuccessfully for three months to get my communications gear to work with my computer. Finally I remembered Amshot Solutions and called them. They solved the problem in less than 1/2 hour and were fantastically helpful. I have to live with the fact that I could have had this solved three months earlier if I had called Amshot. Daniel didn’t just help me download software—he bravely guided me through the digital wilderness with patience, expertise, and what I can only assume was deep inner calm. Buttons were clicked, prompts were deciphered, and at no point did he say, “How did you even get your computer into this state?” The download worked flawlessly, my computer survived, and I now feel at least 37% more tech-savvy. If software installs were an Olympic sport, Daniel would be taking home the gold—and maybe coaching the rest of us afterward. Highly recommend!
