Taylor is a dedicated Support Desk Engineer III at amshot. With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, Taylor brings a wealth of experience from an impressive eight-year tenure at a previous Managed Service Provider.

Taylor is passionate about being at the forefront of innovation and is known for delivering exceptional service with a friendlier touch than people expect. This commitment to outstanding customer service and a positive work environment drives Taylor daily, along with a deep inspiration to make a positive difference in the world.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys an active and creative lifestyle. He is an avid runner, practices taekwondo, and has a passion for playing the drums. These hobbies not only keep him physically fit but also provide a balanced and fulfilling life, enriching his ability to bring energy and creativity to his role at amshot.
