Full job description
Overview
At amshot, we empower businesses and decision-makers by delivering valuable technologies that further their mission and goals. The Lifecycle Engineer is the person who brings that empowerment to life — face-to-face, desk-to-desk, at the moment it matters most.
This role is the tip of the spear for new workstation delivery and user onboarding at client sites. You’ll be the one who ensures that when someone gets a new device or starts a new role, everything is ready, tested, connected, and seamless. From day-one productivity to long-term confidence, you’ll help define the end-user experience — and raise the bar for what a technology experience should feel like.
You’ll work on the Professional Services Team, alongside engineers managing large-scale change events, while owning the end-user lifecycle experience. That includes device prep, delivery, support, and lab logistics — all aimed at making sure the edge of amshot’s service feels premium, consistent, and human.
Why This Role Matters
This is where amshot’s service shows up in person — where it feels real. Whether it’s the first time an employee logs into their laptop or a major department gets new gear, you’re there to make sure it goes right. Fast, frictionless, and friendly — that’s the goal.
You’re not just handling gear. You’re creating confidence and continuity where our clients need it most — and raising the bar for what a technology experience should feel like.
Why amshot
We believe that delivering great tech starts with building a great team. That’s why we focus on creating an engaging, growth-focused environment that allows our people to thrive — because when we thrive, our clients do too. Here, you’ll have a voice, the tools you need, and a team that’s always in your corner.
