Amshot’s art opening, exhibITion: Microdose/Macrodose Perceptions & Wonders, will feature artwork by OKC-based transdisciplinary artist Chad Mount.

The opening will take place at amshot, 1300 N Broadway Dr. in Oklahoma City, on Thursday, Feb. 29 from 5pm to 8pm.

Chad has shown his art in galleries and event spaces worldwide. He’s known for his innovative integration of art and technology and is continually pushing the boundaries of how art is created and experienced.

ExhibITion: Microdose/Macrodose Perceptions & Wonders will benefit the Oklahoma Zoological Society, the nonprofit organization connecting the community to the OKC Zoo and supporting its conservation efforts.

All wristband donations for food and drink and 10 percent of art sales benefit the Oklahoma Zoological Society.

Chad says, “ExhibITion: Microdose/Macrodose Perceptions and Wonders invites viewers on a journey that explores the intersection of the tangible and mystical, challenging perceptions and inspiring wonder.

“The collection is a testament to the fusion of art and artificial intelligence, where each piece becomes a conduit to explore the unseen depths of our world. This exhibition is a journey into higher states of consciousness, inspired by the tranquil practice of meditation and the profound experiences it can unlock.

“The ‘Microdose’ pieces offer glimpses into the subtle intricacies of our existence, while the ‘Macrodose’ works present grand visions that challenge our perceptions of reality. Together, they invite the audience into a contemplative space, where the mind is free to wander and wonder.”
