With degrees in music and emergency medicine, Jason has all the tools necessary to be a premier support engineer at amshot: the poise to be steadfast in the face of an IT disaster, with the rhythm to handle the uptempo demands of client support. He attended OCCC for his Associate’s Degree, finished his undergraduate at University of Oklahoma, and received his Master’s Degree from the University of New Mexico.
Jason lives and breathes IT support. He is inspired by the fact that every day is a new puzzle to solve and a new client to help. As a Support Engineer for amshot, he is at the forefront of troubleshooting and creative problem solving for the team. When the chips are down and you have an issue that needs to be resolved immediately, Jason is your guy.
