Favorite Quote:

I have concluded that the accumulation of wealth, even if I could achieve it, is an insufficient reason for living. When I reach the end of my days, a moment or two from now, I must look backward on something more meaningful than the pursuit of houses and land and machines and stocks and bonds. Nor is fame of any lasting benefit. I will consider my earthly existence to have been wasted unless I can recall a loving family, a consistent investment in the lives of people, and an earnest attempt to serve the God who made me. Nothing else makes much sense.

Davis A. Clemons

A true southerner, Davis split his childhood between Georgia, South Carolina, and south Texas (to name a few) before landing in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He channeled his interest in innovation and outside-of-the-box thinking into his studies at Oklahoma State University, earning a degree in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Sports Management. Davis has made a career out of tackling business problems with creative solutions: advising franchisee candidates, championing education technology, and now acting as an advocate for amshot’s clients.

A love of old-school film and music sparked Davis’ interest in technology at an early age, but he’s truly in his element when connecting with people. Technology is at its best when aligned with savvy users, and Davis’ passion can be found at the crossroads.

Davis shares his home with an extensive collection of classic films (especially Westerns), vinyl records (singer/songwriters and classic country), and “the only Lab in America that’s afraid of water,” a yellow Labrador Retriever named Remington Belle (Remi for short). Hunting, fishing, and golfing have always been a part of Davis’ life and are a favorite pastime of the Clemons household.
